Don't get me wrong: ordinarily I find dramatic licence unobjectionable, at least in principle. After all, a certain W. Shakespeare wrote a number of plays called "histories" that were just rank Tudor propaganda or otherwise made up. But the problem with JFK is that Stone would have it that it was factually accurate and many of his audience (including me at the time) believed it, at least in part.
